[mythtv] cannot find taglib 1.6 or later.

Replying to myself here.  I created a new symlik which resolved the
configure issue:
sudo ln -s /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libstdc++.so.6
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libstdc++.so

Trying to compile now
