[mythtv] Mythtranscode HLS/AVF heavily distorted output

The problem is reproducible every time I have tried, on those channels.
I first noticed the problem trying to watch recordings in browser on 
mythfrontend, and later found that mythtranscode --hls or --avf 
reproduces the same problem.
Here is the command line and output. Does this tell the conversion 
profile?
