Yes. I started to add a new comment to the ticket, but decided not to.
It isn't clear _why_ either of the two? people with the problem wish
to transcode, but it's my feeling that most of the transcode options now
offered in mythtvsetup are outdated. Browsing the wiki for 'scripts' or
'user jobs' is more likely to dig up something useful, although it might
not be up to date.
