Hmm, tv_find_grabbers worked well with a proper installation of perl
and xmltv. But I never got around to getting it work for the embedded
"filesystem" in the prebuilt exe (just tested with the latest alpha-exe,
no working "xmltv.exe tv_find_grabbers" (well, it does work, but it
does not find any of the embedded grabbers)

Do we wqant to package perl & co. anyway for the windows prebuilt of
MythTV? If not I can take a peek at fixing that in time for 0.28.
