it was just a resync of the release/1.2 ffmpeg branch, that included
some fixes, in particular one causing some MP3 to fail to play.

nothing in regards to A/V sync

seeing that the original transcoded file suffer from A/V sync, those
issues would be carried forward after encoded into a HLS stream
