I must be being very lucky every track I tried played fine except the 
sample mp3 with the idcin video stream.

Looks like it was fixed upstream 
(https://ffmpeg.org/trac/ffmpeg/ticket/2688) and we already have the 
changes in 0.27 but the sample track still fails to play for me with 
mythavtest.

I think I've found a track I can reproduce the problem on the ticket 
though. It sounds like some clicks all most like you get on a scratched 
record to me. Both MythMusic and mythavtest have the problem but 
mythffplay does not.
