The original motivation for this was for a show that didn't have
subtitle info, so that wouldn't have helped unfortunately (weekly show
where the description was the only difference.

In reality this is a bit of a rare case - where the subtitle is
present, the "subtitle then description" recording rule typically
helps and its quite rare that tv stations here show same-week repeats
of the new shows at all, let alone also simultaneously show repeats
(without the "showing repeats" bit, a "tape all episodes" rule makes
this irrelevant). And of course unless there's also a conflict for the
original showing it doesn't matter anyway...

Not ideal, but unless someone makes the tv stations here produce an
accurate EIT EPG.....
