[mythtv] Live-TV Stutter Patch 0.25 Backport

Dear MythTV-Gods,

there was an issue with Live-TV stuttering unless you pause it for a second
and then continue playing, seems to have something to do with a buffer
being too small.

It has been fixed in 0.26 by a small code change (the estimated buffer size
was off by a factor of 1000).

Would it be possible to backport this to 0.25 and include this in
0.25-fixes?
