[mythtv] Mythweb problem with PHP 5.4?

I have a bug report[1] saying that mythweb doesn't work in Fedora 17.
The most obvious difference between F16 and F17 is that F17 has PHP
5.4 while F16 still uses 5.3.

The error seems to be:

Or is the problem something else entirely?
