For those who have updated, if you notice that your old 
(pre-UTC-upgrade) recordings are missing seek tables (easy to check by 
hitting EDIT (E) during playback, and if it doesn't start the editor and 
says, "No Seektable"; or by attempting to skip commercials by hitting 
SKIPCOMMERCIAL (Z or End), and if it says, "Not Flagged" you probably 
lost yours) you can recover the seek and commercial data by running 
mythcommflag --rebuild on each recording and then running mythcommflag 
on each recording.

The only data that's not automatically re-creatable that you would lose 
are bookmarks.

Note that you may or may not have lost any seek/commercial data, 
depending on when your "daily cleanup" run occurs in relation to when 
you updated to post-UTC-change MythTV.
