[mythtv] Format of new post-0.25 config.xml

I just hardcode everything in my bash scripts. I view them
as a quick and dirty way to get stuff done. If I wanted to
make scripts for everybody to use I'd probably use python.
As far as I'm concerned, bash is fine for anything that fits
on one screen, after that I seek a more structured language.

Just create a mysql.sh to source in your own bash scripts
and don't worry about the config.xml.
