[mythtv] Systemd expertise needed: systemctl fails to start mythbackend

Unfortunately, there was/is no error from that command line. The 
available 'help' is a little economical about how to use --syslog. And 
there was no error.

Using --syslog local7 (and why *that* name: it's used in the example 
somewhere but without explanation), I get only the following in 
/var/log/messages:

Which is all about the mythlogserver.....
