btw, I updated the bugzilla entry with the reasoning for the fix so
that the assigned redhat person can evaluate it.  With the
presumption that the glibc header changes were intentional
(I have not done my homework to determine the history there),
I suspect that no longer including sys/types.h in stdlib.h will
impact other things too.
