Ron, I've reworked your patch a bit. I put the remap before regular
handling action handling so that actions will be fully suppressed
when remapped. I also added some range checks to avoid segfaults.
And I also copied the remap in MythUIButtonList::CopyFrom(), which
was essential to getting this to work for the main menu.

This version includes remaps for the MythCenter-wide theme, other
themes will need to be patched to get arrow accelerator behaviour.

Please take a look and let me know if I missed something.
