[mythtv] UPnP audio transcoding patch

I've posted a patch to add audio transcoding to Myth's UPnP, so that clients that don't support OGG and/or FLAC can play music from MythTV.

If this would be of use to anyone I'd be pleased and interested if you 
could test it and let me know if it works for you. My only test UPnP 
client is my Xbox 360. I'd love to hear whether it works for e.g. the 
PS3.
