Hi Devs,

Yesterday I rebuild my FE to tree d33012177cc8f2a887a5
Today morning starting FE gives me country selection setup screen. Killing FE helps (is starts again OK so I believe it is not my environment issue).
Below is FE log with verbose=general,important,extra.

I was using tree 35830769aadc1e5f9175 (week old) 
by 1 week on production 3 FE's (approx 3-5 FE starts per day) without this issue.

I'm not sure is this issue correlated with commit 0434cd9826a1cd670343 but other commits from last week seems for me to be less candidates.

Let me know if can I help with this issue - I'll be more than happy to do so.
