[mythtv] Tried PCTV 80e experimental code, found init problem...

Hi all (and Devin) -

  I tried bringing up the 80e device with the experimental code that is here:  http://www.kernellabs.com/hg/~dheitmueller/v4l-dvb-80e/file/30c6512030ac
It works, except the frontend id field seems to be initialized with a garbage value.  If someone can tell me how this field gets set, I can happily fix it and submit
a patch.
