Hi David,

Just a comment on the new status URLs.  The naming doesn't quite seem
consistent to me and I think it would be easier to remember/discover if
changed as suggested below such that acronyms are always capitalised and are
used on one side or the other (not both).

Current:
 Html -    http://mythbackend:6544/Status/
           http://mythbackend:6544/Status/GetStatusHTML

 Xml -     http://mythbackend:6544/Status/xml
           http://mythbackend:6544/Status/GetStatus

Suggestion:
 Html -    http://mythbackend:6544/Status/
           http://mythbackend:6544/Status/GetStatus<http://mythbackend:6544/Status/GetStatusHTML>

 Xml -     http://mythbackend:6544/Status/XML<http://mythbackend:6544/Status/xml>
