[mythtv] MythTV 0.25 and Python

With all the MythVideo and metadata improvements, JAMU removal, etc., is
there still a requirement for Python with Myth 0.25?  I ask because with
CentOS 6 out I'm on the cusp of upgrading in order to get proper Python
support and get off of 0.23 but if the use of the Python scripts for
functionality such as metadata has been removed, I may just upgrade Myth and
not the OS.
