Your comments are much appreciated. I had very much hoped that the
script & patches would be picked up by the Myth devs and incorporated
into the main git repo and the package sources added to
mythtv-for-windows.googlecode.com. I raised a ticket (#9493) at Trac
yesterday:

I will endeavour to update my web page about MythTV cross compilation in
the next day or so. At present it's about a month or so out of date and
assumes much more manual intervention. It can found here:

If all else fails I will create a git repo for it. That may open a can
of worms though as my web server isn't apache but all custom code. I'll
need to look into that a bit more...
