For the sake of the archives, the early truncated text issue that I was 
seeing (see

now seems to be fixed in latest 0.24-fixes. See

for how it appears now, which is much better. I didn't have to make any 
changes to my screen resolution, which is still 720x576 pixels although 
stretched to 16:9 ratio. Thanks devs!

(If I was going to be picky, I would say that the "Roger Waters - The 
wall, live in berlin" line actually could be truncated a couple of 
letters early, so that it doesn't hit the ">", but I won't be picky ;-)
