Are you running with Mythbuntu theme in a 4:3 display (as is shown in
your screenshots)? If so, it is expected that text items will not line
up properly. That they seemed to be closer to correct before was only
"lucky happenstance." :) When a 16:9 theme is displayed at 16:9, text
should generally fit properly (assuming no bugs in the theme)--with the
exception being some "multiline" text areas (since we don't have
multiline support, yet).
Can you please try the theme with a proper-for-the-theme 16:9 aspect
display? You can do this by using the "GUI width/height (pixels)" and
"GUI X/Y offset" settings to letterbox a 16:9 UI on your 4:3 display,
and then disable, "Use GUI size for TV playback," to allow full-screen
video playback. I was thinking someone had written up a nice page about
this on the wiki, but I can't find it right now.
