Try it now, I've added streamhandler.{cpp,h} to the dependencies for the
Ceton recorder. I believe your ebuild may have been disabling both the
HDHomeRun and DVB support but not the Ceton recorder support. If this
doesn't work, please attach the ./configure line + output + the make output
to the ticket. If it does work, please just say so on the ticket and I'll
close it.
