[mythtv] DVD playback changes

Hi all,

 

Just like to send out a quick thanks to markk for all his hard work on
the DVD playback code recently.  I've just pulled the latest updates,
and a quick run through the DVD collection seems to indicate that all
are working correctly now, with the exception of one (Up in the Air) -
which is something of a special case, which mplayer doesn't cope with
either - so I'm not really complaining.
