Mike,
The "Preset tuner to channel" field in mythtv-setup is blank. Channel 3
is not a fixed channel - rather it changes to whatever SD channel it had
successfully tuned to previously. For example, if, after starting LiveTV
I had changed to channel 27 (call this step 6.5 above) it will
successfully tune channel 27 (it is an SD channel). Then, if I tried to
watch the HD channel (700) it would repeat the bug outlined in the
ticket except everywhere you see "003" replace it with "027".

It is the same for the steps above, having went though this procedure,
if I was successfully watching channel 27 last, step 6 would then be
027, instead of 003.
