[mythtv] Ticket #8264: patches for network recorder / freebox

Actually I knew you would not apply it this way, it's even said in the
comment ("it's more a workaround than a fix").
It has 2 goals :
 - show the problem to you (I didn't write this code, so don't expect me to
fix all the possible problems)
 - allow this code to work for my configuration and probably for quite a few
configurations in France.

For the 2nd point I might put the patch in a page somewhere...
