[mythtv] SVN 23718 Windows Compile - Where's the hardware acceleration gone? - loss of renderer and decoder support in ffmpeg

Ok, I'm pretty sure that these are the issues:

All the bundled playback profiles are invalidated as the renderer/decoders
are not supported (see below). So effectively none of them will work. For
some odd reason this then results in a very vanilla OpenGL playback.

If I go to Setup Playback and to the profile page none of the presets from
the choice "populate" the page, as the decoders/renderers are not supported.

If I create a new Playback profile and use DirectX and Yadiff (or any of the
other listed), it works.

E.g.

2010-03-12 15:32:09.853 VDP: Accepting: cmp(> 0 0) dec(ffmpeg) cpus(2)
rend(direct3d) osd(direct3d) osdfade(enabled)
deint(yadifdoubleprocessdeint,onefield) filt()

That works fine and CPU down to 6%. Quality isn't as nice as with the normal
setup though...

Is this MY compile of the (I assume) included ffmpeg libs or is this
something broken in SVN?
