[mythtv] SVN 23718 Windows Compile - Where's the hardware acceleration gone?

OK... how can I troubleshoot this?

MMX (etc) is all detected OK by configure. It would appear to be
passed to the compiler as an option.

Happy to run troubleshooting - but I'd doubt my ability to get to the
bottom of this on my own.
