Certainly. It is optional in a few ways:

1) A user could remove it from the menus, or

2) A themer could override (the inherited default version)
to an empty "deleterecordings" window definition, so that
nothing happens when the user selects that button, and

3) A themer can override (the inherited default version)
with an exact copy of their themed watchrecordings window,
so that it behaves the same as before my commits.



A dev can of course remove it from default/recordings-ui.xml
and default-wide/recordings-ui.xml, and just add it into
the themes that want a delete screen, but I did it this way
so that themers would think about watching vs maintenance.

Sort of like Video plugin has "Browse Videos"/"Video List"/
"Video Gallery" vs "Video Manager".




I hope in the future to customise the screen even more
(from Delete Recordings back to Manage Recordings) so
that it has text edit on the screen for things like
"Change Recording Title", customised menu actions
(e.g. Move to Videos, Archive to DVD, et c.)
