I am not sure if MythTV fits the TOS, as article 4 of the Terms of Use 
state:

"Subject to these Terms, You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right 
to embed the Movieclips Player found on the Movieclips Site on another 
site for noncommercial purposes, ..."

MythTV is not a website but more a consumer product and I am not sure 
that we can adhere to using their propriety player, but that might be 
worth investigating.
