[mythtv] Could we use thetvdb for tv preview images?

You're talking about spending a considerable amount of effort reworking 
much of the innards of MythTV and the scheduler to change something that 
only affects recordings early in the morning, twice a year.  Surely 
there are other tasks more worthy of having time spent on them.
