I won't spam the ticket with more problem details, but here's a nasty
one.  The mythweb TV channel editor displays all freqid values as
blank.  When edits are made, I believe some if not all freqid values
are written back to the channel table as blank.  For the HD-PVR, this
means the channel changer script may not have the target channel
number passed to it and it ends up not changing the channel.
