Qt 4.6.3 bundles Qt-WebKit from May ( 
http://gitorious.com/+qtwebkit-developers/webkit/qtwebkit/commits/qtwebkit-4.6, 
specifically the Monday May 31 2010 version), so 4.6.2 has an older 
version.  See src/3rdparty/webkit/VERSION .

Qt 4.7 will have Qt-WebKit 2.
