[mythtv] problems with display of BBC HD using svn #23242

I am experiencing this exact same issue too after updating to 23239. It
appears the file that is reporting an issue was added in commit 23235, along
with a bunch of significant VDPAU changes. I was in the process of writing
up an email to the dev list when I saw this mail by Simon :)
