See above for excellent way *not* to get help from the developer of
the code you are asking about. When I closed your first ticket, I
mentioned that I would be happy to help you on the users list. When
your second ticket was closed, it was hoped you would get the hint and
ask in the right place.  When you posted here, I explained that you
should ask on the users list, where I stood ready to help you with
troubleshooting steps.  If you look at the MythVideo commit log,
you'll notice who is doing the work on it.  Frankly, as the only
person likely to do anything about your issue, and the only person to
(twice) offer to help you on the users list, I can only conclude that
it would be way, way more work to help you than it is worth.  My offer
to help you has closed.  I wish you the best of luck, but for the
above reasons, you are on your own.

No.  QHttp continues to work on all released versions of Qt.
