One was closed worksforme, the other was closed because you tried to
pass yourself off as a different person when the first one was closed,
and because you wanted help with your pirated material.  Neither of
which has anything to do with your issue, but has a lot to do with you
possibly getting the cold shoulder around here.

You are on the wrong list.  You are asking about your *use* of the
program.  You can ask on the users list (where I politely asked you to
ask after your first ticket).
