[mythtv] Seek (back and forth) broken in MythTV trunk r23186

And I thought I had messed up my lirc config. I am on  trunk 23114 and 
it exhibits the same error. Instead of 'jump' being time relative, it 
seems to be time absolute.

If I attempt to jump forward 1 minute ( 1 and 'right') from the 
beginning of the show, it jumps to 1 hour. If I then press 1 and left, I 
jump back to 00:00:59 (hms position).

Definitely frixxed. It wasn't boken before.

I haven't noticed that, but then I don't use the keyboard with myth.
