[mythtv] [mythtv-commits] Ticket #7638: DVD: wrong audio track selected when switching

Sadly, despite my hopes #7638 and #7640 don't do anything to resolve
#3260. The ticket's marked as fixed, but I still today (in 0.22-fixes)
find that the Internal player picks the wrong audio track by
default. Suggestions?
