[mythtv] Ticket #7633: Default new recording end offset is set to DefaultStartOffset pref, should be DefaultEndOffset

In Australia, most TV stations are really bad at starting/ending programs on 
time. The DefaultStartOffset and DefaultEndOffset preferences are thus very 
useful defaults, rather than having to set them per new rule.

Thus after upgrading to Ubuntu 9.10, I'm finding the bug reported in #7633 
really annoying.

The fix I believe is trivial and attached to the ticket, so it would be 
great if a mythtv developer could commit it.
