Yes, the key binding part of this ticket is part of trunk.

The visual part has not been commited yet, though.
recGroup-ui-v4.patch is the visual part.  It lets a theme *optionally*
display the list of recGroups in use, so the user can see which one is
currently selected, and which ones are available.
