sky's is different to EIT. it uses 1 transport only for all channels, 
multiple PIDs on this transport,
compresses the data in a different way (huffman with unique dictionary, 
italian uses different dict to english too),
and stores the channel number a different way.
categories are also unique.
as for things it doesnt decode, I dont know.
there is a bit of duplicate data in different tables so these are not 
decoded AFAIK.
but it is quick.
