[mythtv] Cross-compiling on Mac OS X 10.6 to 10.4 (tiger)

I put a 720p file, encoded to ideal specifications by handbreak, onto the
AppleTV and then I used Boxee's local media browser to play the content.  It
played fine, and to my surprise used up only ~30% of the CPU.
