mythtv-0.24/10-d3d9.diff was submitted on Ticket #9241

mythplugins-0.24/10-win32xbuild.diff was submitted on Ticket #9258

mythplugins-0.24/20-mythmusic-cdio.diff is the libcdio changes to enable
myth to play/rip CDs on Windows. If all goes well I'll submit that with
some updatess later this week.

The 2 patches in qt-everywhere-opensource-src-4.7.0 were submitted to
Nokia http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/browse/QTBUG-15316

None of the other patches for non-myth components are in Trac.
