Still thinking about it, but nearly 100% sure that
strings like MPEG and H264 should never be translated.
They are an english acronym, and almost a proper noun.
That was why I didn't ::tr() them in [25889].


The ones I did translate were ones that contain words like
Unknown and Nuppel. Nuppel on its own is debatable,
but something like Nuppel/MPEG-4 could become

"MPEG-4 in a NuppelVideo container" ?
