libfaad had been removed then,

I had asked the people to submit bugs to ffmpeg, and from what I've
seen it's been done. So yes, it may have been fixed by now.

As Ronald posted earlier, it was with files encoded with Nero. Which
thinking about it isn't that surprising, as they are the authors of
libfaad !
