I'm really not certain how multiple ratings should be handled. My provider
has either MPAA or VCHIP rating as well as the associated list of
advisories. Myth's schema will allow be to add separate entries for the
rating and each of the advisories, but Myth itself doesn't appear to handle
that well in EIT updates nor in displaying multiple ratings.

For now, I'm only storing a single rating entry made up from

<rating>,<adv1>,<adv2>.<adv3>...

Please let me know if there is a better way.
