[mythtv] Advanced Notice: Renaming of NuppelVideoPlayer to MythPlayer

As discussed briefly on irc last night, I intend to rename
NuppelVideoPlayer in the next few days. While this is only a cosmetic
change, it is likely to end up being a fairly large commit.

So if you have any outstanding patches that touch the playback side of
libmythtv, please either try and commit them sooner (and make it my
pain) or expect some additional overhead!. Obviously if you have
something significant in the works that you'd like to discuss, please
get in touch.
