[mythtv] OSX: r25515 has duplicate symbols

r25514 builds fine for me on OSX 10.5.8.  A clean build of r25515
however, produces this error when linking libmythtv-0.23.0.23.0.dylib:

ld: duplicate symbol _file_open in
../libmythbluray/libmythbluray-0.23.a(navigation.o) and
../libmythbluray/libmythbluray-0.23.a(bluray.o)

Anyone else seeing this?  I'll try and track down the source more
precisely in the meantime.
