Hi Bill.  I can't speak to what the group as a whole thinks of the
patch, there hasn't been any mention of it just yet.  I know that it's
not something I would use, but I don't have a strong preference one
way or another about the functionality.  I certainly don't mind it as
a concept, but there could easily be things I'm not considering and
lord knows I am weak in the ways of the scheduler.  There always seems
to be some repurcussion to any recording action so I'll let the smaht
kids opine on the patch when they review it :).

I think the right way is probably to use a mythdialogbox or
mythpopupbox to change views, change sort orders, etc.  If you also
want a hot key, one of the global keybindings probably makes sense
(forgive me, my myth box is actually down for the night), but I don't
know off the top of my head which it would be.  I think Stuart Morgan
or Paul Harrison might have something to add on this topic when they
see it, they drive the UI more than I do.
