Probably because it's a user issue and not relevant to our developer list.

MythMusic is not converted to MythUI, and thus not under the auspices
of new mouse and touchscreen support.  Further, the code is in
progress, not finished.

Patches to improve touchscreen and mouse support cheerfully accepted.
